Cancellation Policy

At Trailhead Psychotherapy Clinic, we understand that you may need to cancel or reschedule a session. Our cancellation policy requires that you give your therapist at least 24 hours notice. You will receive reminders of your appointments via email or text. If you do not provide 24 hours notice of your desire to cancel or do not show for your scheduled session, you will be responsible for paying the session fee.

We understand that there may be times when an emergency situation arises in which the fee may be waived at the discretion of your therapist.
